The 3 Days With SHiFT is a powerful program that supports deeper recovery and will help you to identify emotional and spiritual blocks to long-term abstinence and recovery. If you have trouble identifying feelings, dealing with anger, fear or grief, or surrendering to powerlessness over food, this program will give you practical skills that support putting recovery first for the long haul.

Join us in a safe, nurturing environment to learn how to remove stumbling blocks that prevent deep emotional and spiritual recovery.

The 3 Days With SHiFT Program is for you if you:

• Have previously attended an Acorn Intensive
• Want more help with your most difficult recovery problems including co-dependency & relapse
• Have persistent blocks to long-term stable recovery

Cost:

The cost of the 3 Days With SHiFT Program is $2,000 USD

Kissimmee, FL

When:

Arrival: Anytime after 5:00 pm Friday, November 22 and before 8:30 am Saturday, November 23

*Program begins 8:30 am Saturday, November 23, 2024

Departure: 4:00 pm Monday, November 25, 2023

What’s Included:

• 2 process groups a day
• Individual reading and writing assignments
• Techniques to deal with difficult emotions
• Peer support and feedback from other group participants
• Access to a large alumni network in stable long- term recovery
• Freedom to use your evenings as you wish (Fellowship, Connection, Disney World, Relax in the hot tub, etc.)

Lodging:

Stay in large home with other alumni in Kissimmee, FL in shared accommodations.

What To Bring:

Notebook and pen

Meals will be provided. Please, do NOT bring your own food as there is limited storage space and use of kitchen.

Special Note:

In support of those with environmental sensitivities, we wish to make the meeting space as scent-free as possible. Please do not bring or use cologne, perfume, scented lotions, scented aftershave, aerosols, etc. as these products may cause reactions in some people.
